We are the master distributors for the entire range of CNC Machines from HWACHEON, KOREA for North India. HWACHEON has been the pioneer machine tool manufacturer in Korea, since early 1950's.HWACHEON has the complete range for High Precision and high quality Machine Tools viz. Vertical Machining centers (ranging for bed size of 1100 mm * 600 mm to 3100 mm * 2300 mm),Vertical Turning Lathes, Horizontal Turning centers (ranging from chuck size 6" to 24") and an option of turn-mill Centers.


We would like to share the strengths of HWACHEON, as follows: -

    * Hwacheon Machine Tool Company Limited is the oldest Machine Tool manufacturer in Korea-much before Daewoo was born. They command major share for the Die & Mold industry in Korea. In fact, all the Korean Tool Rooms in India have machines from Hwacheon too.
    * Hwacheon manufactures all the Machine Spindles, even those for 40,000 rpm, well in house. The spindles are designed by themselves with the support of consultants from Japan and Germany and they have patents for these Spindles too. The Machine tool design also has inputs from senior designers from the east and west.
    * Hwacheon has its own Foundry too, therefore all the machine castings are manufactured under stringent self quality control.
    * Hwacheon manufactures all the Chucks-conventional and specials, in their own facility. This is also under stringent self quality control. These chucks are used in the vertical Turning centers, CNC turning Centers and twin Spindle Turning Centers etc. etc. which are manufactured by them.
    * 5) Hwacheon would offer a machine with Japanese / European Standard, but at a reasonable price. Hwacheon also undertakes turnkey projects for complete automation and provides the best solution for the machining sequence of the component.
