STITCH has partnered with Hwacheon Machine Tool Company Limited, Korea, to serve North India for their entire range of CNC Machines. HWACHEON has been the pioneer machine tool builder in Korea, since inception in the year 1952. With the core technical strength and 60 years of crafted expertise, Hwacheon has established complete range for High Precision and High Quality Machine Tools viz. Vertical Machining Centers, Vertical Turning Lathes, Horizontal Turning Centers and an option of Turn-Mill Centers too. Hwacheon Machine Tools has achieved the certification as "1st Class Manufacturing Facility" from Korea Testing Laboratory and also has won "The Most Trusted Company of the Year" title in the year 2010.

We would be delighted to share the strengths of HWACHEON as follows:-

1) Its highly organized system allows completely integrated processes and enables Hwacheon to provide excellent machine tools, each, as perfect representation of Hwacheon's know-how.

2) Hwacheon Spindles (even with 40,000rpm) and CNC Software are created with Hwacheon’s proprietary technology and therefore they are accomplished in offering  most appropriate application specific solutions to the industry.

3) Hwacheon's CNC Machine Tools, Factory Automation Systems, Precision Measurement and Controls are strictly executed under the company's engineering excellence and experience.

4) HwaCheon manufactures all the Gears, Couplings and Chucks - conventional and customized  in their own facility and under stringent quality control. These chucks are used in Hwacheon’s range of turning centers besides catering to other machine tool builders in Korea.

5) “Hwacheon Machine India” located at Pune is in the process of setting up of a World Class technical center and assembly line to support the high growth requirements of the Indian Industry.

6) Lastly, HwaCheon has been very successful in India with over 1500 installations to their credit with maximum density in South India and about 100 installations in North India too.
